Europäischer Tag der jüdischen Kultur 2021 I

On 5 September from 11 a.m. to 12.15 p.m. Ruth Patzelt and Denise Steiger will guide interested visitors through the "Jewish Lockenhaus". There are no more traces of Jewish culture in Lockenhaus today, but the tour will show that quite a few Jewish families had found their home in Lockenhaus. There was also a (private) synagogue in Lockenhaus until 1938, which was regularly visited by Jews from the surrounding area. The meeting point is at 11 a.m. at the memorial for the Lockenhaus victims of the Shoah (near Hauptplatz, next to the coffee house at Hauptstraße 21).
